placed on your hard disk by a web page service. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are
uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web
server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize FWAC pages, or register with the FWAC website, a cookie
helps FWAC recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information,
such as your name, location, and so forth. When you return to the same FWAC website, the information you previously provided can be
retrieved, so you can easily use the FWAC features that you customized.

accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you
may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the FWAC website.
At any time, we may request you confirm you have been advised, read, and understand of our Privacy Police and that you agree to them through email, notices on the website, or other electronic means.
FWAC develops mobile applications, "apps", for users to download through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, either internally or by hiring a contractor. The app is not available for download through other means. Downloading, installing, interacting, or otherwise using the official FWAC app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your phone, tablet, or other device running a current version of Android or iOS is governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. You are also bound by Google or Apple's Terms. You can control whether or not to allow specific permissions, as outlined below, when you first install the app, or by editing the permissions in your app settings section of your device. Our app tracks specific functions using Google Analytics (GA) within the app. Section 4 of this Privacy Policy regarding use of user behavior tracking also applies to our app.
The FWAC app requests the following permissions for Android:
The FWAC app requests the following permissions for iOS:
We use both network-based and GPS-based location services on your phone to supply functionality to the app. The location data received by the app is used to provide your location on maps within the app. We may determine what city, state, and/or county you are located in baseed on the GIS coordinates supplied from your device solely for analytics purposes. This information is not stored in any database or server belonging to us and is not specifically identifiable to you.
In order for our app to work, we request both Wi-Fi and phone service provider internet permissions to sync information from our servers to the app, for you to view the information you are seeking. The internet permissions just allow the app to use your preferred method of connecting to the internet. No personal information or data is shared with FWAC. However, if you create a new account with FWAC, or already have any existing account, the same policies to apply to our website regarding these processes also apply to the app.
In order to provide you with real-time information, we may request to send you push notifications to your device. To perform this function, we request permission to your phone's controls to be able to "vibrate" your device. For push notifications to deliver to you, we have to "prevent device from sleeping." This allows the FWAC app to periodically check for any notifications it needs to send you. We do not receive any information from you during either of these processes.
The Site may or may not contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content of privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects PII.
