At 1:00pm today, May 15, 2024 the Superior National Forest (SNF) declared a wildfire on the Tofte Ranger District. The Fry Fire spotted within the prescribed fire project area, beyond today's planned burn area and is being addressed with aircraft and ground resources. The Fry Fire is an evolving situation that we will continue to provide updates via press release and social media.
